The Baca County Sheriff’s office served two civil papers and one criminal paper for the week of September 28 to October 4, 2012.
Sept 28 John Clarke was booked into the Baca County Jail on an order to be fingerprinted issued out of Baca County District Court on the original charge of sexual assault. Clark was fingerprinted, photographed and released.
Sept 29 Dionel Davis was booked into Baca County Jail on the charges of driving under restraint and operating a motor vehicle uninsured. Davis posted a $1,000 and was released.
Oct. 1 Corbett Howard was booked into the Baca County Jail on a Fugitive of Justice warrant issued from Prowers County on the charge of false imprisonment, harassment and protection order violation. Haward was transported to Prowers County.
