About Corwin Brown
Corwin Brown is a third generation Colorado native, born and raised on a farm/ranch in Baca County, Colorado.
He started in the land valuation and consulting business in 1968.
Corwin Brown & Associates, Inc. was established in 1973, specializing in ranch and farm sales, management, appraisal, consulting and leasing all over the State of Colorado and bordering states.
A residential and commercial sales division was added to the business in 1979, selling properties in Springfield, Walsh, Campo and two Buttes, as well as rural residences and acreage.
Corwin Brown & Associates, Inc. presently manages approximately 50,000 acres of privately owned deeded ranches, approximately 10,000 acres of farmland.
